If the product is deemed to be faulty Unicorn Equestrian Goods would need proof of purchase and proof of the faulty item before action will be taken.

Change of Mind

Unicorn Equestrian Goods reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind basis. In drastic circumstances this can be discussed further via email or telephone. This however is not a Guarantee.


If the goods that have been sent to you are different from your normal size (Jodhpurs, Breeches, Boots). These can be returned for a Refund or Exchange. In saying this all of our sizes are set out on our listings and as such the goods will need to be returned with a Prepaid satchel for an exchange.

Store Fault

If such a case arrives that the store has wrongly sent a different size we will cover the postage. This means we will send the new size to you with a Prepaid Startrack satchel to come back to us (providing the goods are in good condition).
